Outside Sales Representative


AirCycler has been a pioneer in the residential ventilation market for over 25 years and leads the industry in new, cutting-edge ventilation system technology. AirCycler is seeking an outside sales representative to lead national sales efforts for new and legacy AirCycler ventilation products. The outside sales representative will work with customers and industry stakeholders to meet residential building and energy code requirements using AirCycler systems, and will work to identify opportunities in new markets.

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Possess and maintain knowledge of national energy codes and residential ventilation standards to identify potential market opportunities
•    Identify and establish contact with potential customers and leads
•    Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
•    Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
•    Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
•    Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
•    Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
•    Complete market research and monitors competitor activity
•    Maintain documentation of customer contact and account updates

Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications
•    Minimum of 5 years sales experience
•    Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC industry and industry trends
•    Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
•    Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
•    Familiarity with lead-generation and marketing strategies
•    Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
•    Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings
